| Dr. Maven has served families both as a pastor and community service provider for the past 30 years. He is the Senior Pastor of First African Methodist Episcopal Zion Church of Paterson. Dr. Maven is President and CEO of DLM Church & Community Consultants, providing technical assistance, leadership and organizational development training, to faith-based and non-profit community organizations. Maven is also the founder and chairperson of the Paterson 5th Ward Community Collaborative - Family Support Center; a Commissioner for the Passaic County Board of Social Services and Commissioner, Housing Authority, City of Paterson. |
| Miqueas Nieves, B.S., M. Div., M.S.W. |
| Miqueas Nieves is a product of the Paterson School system. After attaining his B.S. at Montclair State University,
his graduate accomplishments include obtaining his M. Div. from New York Theological Seminary and his M.S.W. from Rutgers University.
Mr. Nieves has extensive experience working within the community strengthening individuals and families. He has served as Executive Director of House of Compassion, a drug rehabilitation program; Chaplain of the Momentum Project, an HIV counseling center and at Passaic County Jail; as well as, a Social Worker at New Jersey State Prison, New Jersey’s maximum security prison. |

| Patrick Fennell is the Founder and President of Empowerment Solutions, LLC. A licensed minister with a diverse corporate background, Mr. Fennell was an elected officer at a major retail bank and simultaneously held the positions of Branch Manager, Regional Budget Liaison, and Regional Trainer. Mr. Fennell also worked as a Director of Operations for an international restaurant chain for seven years. It was Mr. Fennell’s commitment to the development of people, in particular, the mental growth and success of our youth, which led him to leave a six-figure a year job and pioneer Empowerment Solutions, LLC with the mission of providing individuals and families with the tools to assist them discover and fulfill their purpose. |
