We know that mentors are critical in assisting individuals achieve and fulfill their destiny. Unfortunately, a large number of mentor’s hearts are unequally yoked with the skills necessary to effectively share their life experiences, successes, failures, and positive example. Our training educates mentor candidates with the insight and education to cultivate a mutually beneficial relationship based in trust and committed to growth. |

| TIME MANAGEMENT |
| Do you consider yourself a procrastinator or find yourself wishing that you had more time? People who are considered successful share something with those who are considered less successful – they both have the same amount of hours in the day! “How do they do it?” you ask…they make better choices and prioritize what they do with their time based on their values and beliefs. We help people align what they say they value with how they spend their time. |

| An effective team is always worth more than the individual parts it embodies. Yet, it must create agreed-upon attitude accountability while maintaining the integrity of its individuals, appoint leaders to make better choices for the overall good, and paint a collective vision and plan by which it attains its destiny. Our process assists in changing the culture and dynamics of the team in order to increase productivity, efficiency, and achievement of organizational goals. |
| PARENTING |
Parents are their children's first and lifelong teachers. They play a critical role in the development of a child's social,
emotional, physical, intellectual, and spiritual well-being. Parents are ever-present in the lives of their children,
even in their absence.
Many societal and cultural factors have contributed to the deterioration of the family unit - resulting in a long list of social problems in need of a solution. Our families are in need of the tools necessary to communicate, overcome negative conditioning and thinking, properly express emotions, and be positively involved in each other's lives. | ||||||||||||||

| MALE INVOLVEMENT PROGRAM |
Increased rates of divorce and children born out of wedlock have led to a significant increase in the amount of
children being raised without fathers in the home. Research has shown that children who grow up without their
father in the home are more likely to suffer from emotional and behavioral problems, low academic achievement,
poverty, child abuse, and suicide.
Empowerment Solutions, LLC, along with a number of other psychologists, childrearing experts, and social work agencies, recognizes that a growing number of fathers have the desire to be involved, responsible, and committed to the growth of their children. However, a large percentage of these men have not had role models and/or mentors to assist them in that process. The Male Involvement Program is designed to address a cycle of disconnection between fathers and their families, as well as, assist in the process of restoring a sense of value, responsibility, relationship, self awareness, and purpose. We use a strength-based curriculum with an empowerment focus and measure growth with pre and post assessments in order to achieve results for individuals, families, and communities. In addition, we have built partnerships within the communities we serve in order to establish a formal and informal support system. Empowerment Solutions, LLC is a diverse organization qualified to support multiple family cultures and specializes in working with men living outside of the home. Sessions are provided in English and Spanish. |
